I am a fitness and performance nerd. I study exercise science, and biomechanics, and have been a personal trainer for a over a decade. I love taking people and helping them reach their better selves in the most efficient and dynamic way possible, not just from a weight change standpoint, but from a strength, wellness, and performance standpoint. In the last few years, based on my increased knowledge of biomechanics and experience, I’ve transitioned from being a personal trainer into a self-styled Strength, Conditioning and Speed Coach.
